Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
This policy applies to wallet recharges and service charges on mylandocs (website and Android app).
Cancellation
You can ask us to cancel a document request before we start processing it. Once processing has started (including OTP, captcha, or a government portal session), the request cannot be cancelled.
Service charges
The listed service fee (currently ₹10 for live services) is deducted from your wallet after a successful download. A wallet debit for a completed download is not refundable except as set out below.
When a refund may apply
We may refund a payment or wallet charge if:
- You were charged twice for the same request or recharge by mistake.
- We cannot complete your download for a reason on our side (for example, a mylandocs technical failure after you paid).
When a refund is not available
A refund is not available when:
- We have already started processing your request.
- The details you submitted are incorrect or incomplete.
- The request is rejected by the issuing authority because of the details you provided.
- A government portal is slow, unavailable, or returns no record for the details you entered.
- You changed your mind after a successful download.
Wallet recharges
Successful wallet recharges add balance you can use for future requests. Unused wallet balance is not automatically refunded to your bank or UPI account. If a recharge payment succeeded but balance was not credited, contact support with the order reference.
How refunds are paid
If we approve a refund, we return it to your original payment method or as wallet credit within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
How to request a refund
Raise a ticket in the app or email mylandocs@gmail.com with your registered mobile number and order details. Phone: +91 6369640195.
