How you receive documents

mylandocs is a digital service. There is no physical shipping. You download land records and certificates from your account after a request completes.

Where to find your files

Completed PDFs are available for download from My Orders. We may also send support updates by SMS or email.

Typical time

Most requests complete within minutes. Some may take up to 48 hours depending on the document and verification needed.

Delays

A request may take longer if:

A government system is unavailable
Extra verification is required
The details you entered are incomplete
There is a technical issue outside our control
